The elaborated under the project Curriculum is as an open educational recourse and is available for free download.

The Curriculum was created in the process of creation and testing of the new training methodology. The created curriculum is a sample one and it can be modified by formal and non-formal education training institutions in accordance with the peculiarities of their specific target groups and audiences. In particular, the created training programme is targeted at young people with various backgrounds aged between 15 and 29 years of age, youth workers, teachers, other professionals and other stakeholders. It can be adapted to each target groups’ specifics and in this respect the Toolkit created under the project can be a very useful reference book. The programme envisages a total of 34 astronomical hours, including 4 Hours Presentations (Lectures) and 30 Hours practice such as Group work Presentations&discussions and an Educational visit. It includes four training modules:

– M 1: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS A BEHAVIORAL ATTITUDE;

– M2: ENTREPRENEURSHIP: AN IDEA AND AS A CREATIVITY EXPRESSION;

– M3: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS BUSINESS CONCEPT;

– M4: ENTREPRENEURSHIP: FROM BUSINESS CONCEPT TO BUSINESS PLAN.

The envisaged training objectives are:

1) Development of Youthpass’ key competence 7 (KC7) “Entrepreneurship”, incl.:

– Sense of initiative;

– Project management&long term planning;

– Teamwork;

– Responsibility and flexibility;

– Ability to turn ideas into actions.

2) Development of 21-st century skills such as:

– Critical thinking;

– Collaboration;

– Communication;

– Creativity;

– Problem solving;

– Innovation skills.

3) Development of Youthpass’ key competence 5 (KC5) “Learning to learn”, incl.:

– Understanding own learning needs, preferred learning styles and methods;

– Planning learning process, motivation to learn

– Attitude to learning

– Knowing possibilities for learning

4) Development of Youthpass’ key competence 6 (KC6) “Interpersonal, intercultural, social and civic competences”, incl.:

– Intercultural sensitivity

– Attitude towards others and other cultures

– Ability to communicate with others (respecting different points of view),

– Solidarity with local communities

– Respecting values of equality and privacy.

5) Enhanced personal growth and social inclusion.
